Very nice shop for photo, specialized in diving photography. The vendor gives very good advises and recommend you based on what you need. Prices are ok, and they have lots of stuff.
Not the most helpful staff, before coming here I read in other reviews that they're arrogant and I can confirm. Customer service is not their strength. I rather take my business where people show interest in doing business with me, not where I am being serviced like if they're doing me a favor.
Arrogant and unprofessional stuff.
I have been a fashion photographer for more than ten years, currently on the job in Pairs. I stopped into Photo Denfert, just next to my hotel, to check if they might have an old point&shoot 35mm camera in stock for quick backstage imagery. I was asked how much I wanted to spend when I said no more them £200. I was informed that the shop is only for professionals. When I said I was a professional photographer, the person by the cash register looked and answered SURE in a highly disrespectful way.
Very helpful and responsive to questions, great selection of products and individual service. I´m based in Spain, and they ensured I had everything I needed before my trip, despite short timelines. A little more expensive than some other places, but I´d say worth it for the service.
Really nice shop. Had an issue with one of the branches within my underwater housing. Popped by their shop. Within 10 minutes they managed to repair it. Great staff. Thanks a lot!
If you want to discover the best gear to film or take picture underwater this is heaven on earth. Great gear, great advices, great team.
Be sure to make a phone call before ordering online or drop by at the store as the stock showing on their website may not be really accurate. Very nice staff though.
